High Staff Ratio/24-Hour staffing:
In the senior care industry, a problem is created by low staffing ratios. The great irony of caring for seniors is to foster an environment of independence requires more staffing and attention than creating an atmosphere of dependence. At Arthur-Rose we believe aiding independence is an act of respecting, valuing, and encouraging a client. To assist each client in maintaining their independence, we have a staffing ratio of 1:4. In addition to being able to provide individual care, this staffing ratio also creates many opportunities for staff and clients to develop deep and meaningful relationships.
