At Arthur-Rose, we recognize our first link to quality care is our staff and take great care in employing competent staff who are truly gifted care providers. All staff must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Staff are screened via Background Testing and Reference Checks. In addition, our staff are required to take an intensive assessment specifically relating to the care industry, evaluating their ability to use good judgment, react in emergencies, and use rational thinking skills. Staff under-go 50 hours of state & facility mandated training before working independently. All staff are First Responder certified by the American Heart Association. In addition, staff must complete 20 hours of on-going training annually to keep them up to date on changes of procedures and regulations in the industry.
